Apple Cider vinegar is a wonderful natural cure for a number of ailments and for preserving health in general. This amazing substance is an effective bacteria-fighter and a natural probiotic, that also contains many minerals that are vital for a healthy body.

Natural apple cider vinegar is made by crushing whole, fresh organic apples and allowing them to ferment. So along with apples' naturally occurring benefits, such as high fiber pectin, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, folic acid, niacin, carbohydrates, it also contains trace minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc, and combines to create an excellent health fortifier.

However, only naturally produced, organic apple cider vinegar contains these beneficial enzymes and minerals that other supermarket varieties may not have due to refining, over-heating, and distilling.
